Each pair of earrings I make is one of a kind. (This particular pair is not available, but a similar pair is.) First, I cut each shape out of copper. Using a special gilding size,  and a tiny paintbrush, I hand paint each design . The 24K gold leaf only adheres to the adhesive. Once this has set up, I create a heat patina with my torch, which is really fun! The colors are unpredictable and that is exciting. Finally, I coat each piece with lacquer, and add the gold filled ear wires. Hope you enjoy them!
